Where do I find my User ID?

Open War of Nations and go to Menu from where you can access your profile. Your unique User ID is displayed here and can be copied by tapping the ‘Copy’ button.

Do I receive my items in-game immediately after purchase?

Yes, the items should be available within seconds after your purchase. If you did not receive your items within 24 hours, please contact our support!
